Floyd was 65, and died at home, under hospice care. The family received visitors on the morning of March 29th. Services followed, officiated by David Holt of Ball Road Tabernacle. Floyd was buried at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Floyd is remembered with the expression: "Keep on Truckin'."
