Sharyn Louise "Steel" Tucker

Sharyn Tucker, 72, passed away January 2, 2018. Sharyn was born June 15, 1945 in Trenton, MI to Hamilton and Florence Steel. She married James H. Tucker on January 9, 1975. Sharyn worked as a Medical Technician for Annapolis Hospital for over 40 years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, knitting and serving her church. She was actively involved in working with the Pregnancy Center. Sharyn is survived by her husband James Harold Tucker; her children Melanie (Gary) Travis, Jim (Jeanne) Tucker, Brian Tucker, Robert (Gail) Tucker; grandchildren Nicole Travis (Tanner), Hailey Travis, Sean Tucker, Mark Tucker, Melissa Tucker, Sarah (Ryan) McKee, Laura Tucker (Jesse), Anna Tucker (Rickey) and Amy Tucker; mother Florence Steel; sister Stephanie (Bill) Evans; niece Colleen (Bob) Appledorn. She is preceded in death by her son Steven Tucker; her father Hamilton Steel; and nephew Matthew Evans. Sharyn’s family would like to thank Bethel Baptist Temple and all caregivers.
