Ruth Ann "Shaffer" Krajewski

RUTH ANN KRAJEWSKI, a resident of the Village of Redford, died January 15, 2014. She is the dear wife of the late Robert.

She is the loving sister of Eleanor Smith and the late Elmer Shaffer. Ruth will also be missed by her sister in law, Rita, and many nieces and nephews.

Born November 7, 1939 in Detroit, to the late Lawrence and Elizabeth Shaffer, Ruth thrived in her career settings:  working for American Airlines, Warren Public Schools and several small businesses.

She loved bowling, was an avid boater, and also enjoyed crafting. Ruth was a member of the Ladies D of I at St. Ann’s Church.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 18th from 2 pm to 8 pm with a Rosary prayed at 3 pm.

In the near future, Ruth's ashes will be laid to rest with her husband in the Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. MI.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Michigan Humane Society, and envelopes are available at the funeral home.
