Robert Hantz

ROBERT was 81 years of age at the time of his death. He lived a simple life of being nice to others in thought, word, and deed. His career as a janitor at the Detroit Henry Ford Hospital main campus, was very fulfilling.

Robert was drafted into the Army and served in the Korean War. He never married, but was a wonderful uncle to many nieces and nephews, who will truly miss him.

Coming from a large family, Robert was preceded in death by siblings, Mike, Nick, Bill, Raymond and Josephine. He is survived by siblings, Erb, Betty, AnnaMae, and Margaret.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 3 PM until the time of Services at 6 PM. Rev. Dr. Steven Schafer will officiate.  Burial will take place privately, on Monday, at Forestlawn Cemetery in Detroit.
