Nancy G. "Rogers" King

Nancy King, wife of the late Howard King of Livonia, passed away on August 21, 2020.   Nancy was a parishioner at St. Andrews Episcopal Church of Livonia for over 50 years and a member of the Eastern Star for 60 years. Nancy enjoyed a variety of artistic endeavors such as sewing, doll making, and hand crafts. She also enjoyed gardening and antiquing with her late husband.   Nancy is survived by her daughters Lynda Scherret (Ronald), Carole McCarthy (James), and Sharon Branner;  survived and admired by Henry Petrovich, Chris Branner, Erich Simo and Katrina Chornij; grandchildren Jason Petrovich (Lenee), Ashley (Jon), Stephanie, Heather Blackshear (the late Craig), Nick, Nick Scherret (Kenna)and C.J; great-grandchildren Ethan, Jordan, Jaydlyn, Tenley, Josephine, Aria, Sutton, and Parker; siblings Connie Ouellette (Robert), Martha Sadowski (Edward), and Bert Rogers (Jean).   Nancy is preceded in death by Jeremy Petrovich (grandson) and Austin King (great-grandson), and Arthur William Rogers Jr. (brother).   A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 12 o'clock Noon for family and friends at Nancy's home.
