Michael Peter Ferry

Michael P. Ferry, 62, of Pontiac, Michigan, passed away the morning of August 9, 2019.   Mike was born in Detroit, Michigan on January 7, 1957 to Rejane and Herbert Ferry. He graduated from Northville High School, then enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1975.   Mike enjoyed fishing, reading and blacksmithing. In spite of Mike’s personal challenges, he was always ready and willing to help those in need. He fixed broken items, repaired cars, drove neighbors to the store, appointments or the hospital, and much more. He was loved and will be missed.   Mike is survived by his siblings Herb (Cathy) Ferry, Brian (Tammy) Ferry, John (Julie) Ferry, Ann (Paul) Rule, Hugh (Lorraine) Ferry, Melissa (Joe) Baeza, Betsy (Mike) Harmon and Joe Ferry, along with numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces & grand-nephews.   Mike is preceded in death by his mother Rejane Alice Robichaud, and his father Herbert M. Ferry.   The Visitation and Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 14th at Manns Family Funeral Home, 17000 Middlebelt Road, Livonia, Michigan.  Visitation will be from 10:00 – 11:30AM. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:30AM.   Memorial donations in memory of Michael P.
