Mary Ann Statetzny

Mary Ann Statetzny, age 88, died on April 23, 2025 surrounded by family. She was born on January 9, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan. She was the daughter of Frank and Florence Rucinski. On May 2, 1959, Mary Ann married William A. Statetzny in Dearborn, Michigan.

She is survived by her husband, William; two daughters and two sons, Linda (Steven) Rogers, Lori Statetzny, Alan (Michelle) Statetzny, Todd (Suzanne) Statetzny; four grandchildren, Morgan, Emilie, Devin, and Aidan; two sisters, Sally Marchak and Rosalie (Dan) Lerini; sister-in-law, Shirley Statetzny.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her brother, Frank Rucinski; sister and brother-in-law Joanne and Joseph Nyeste; and brothers-in-law Roman Marchak and Fred Statetzny.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, April 28th at 10:00 AM at St. Priscilla Catholic Church in Livonia, with Mary In-State from 9:30 AM until the time of Mass.
