Mary T. Micus, 93, of Livonia, MI, passed away July 30, 2022. She was born in Detroit on October 8, 1928 to Louis and Lucy (nee. Pollefeyt).
She graduated from Blessed Sacrament High School, St. Joseph Mercy School of Nursing, and Wayne State University in Education. Mary taught nursing at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital and Providence Hospital.
Mary loved to travel and spend time visiting relatives and friends.
Mary is survived by her nephews, Bill, Bob, and Chuck, and niece, Patricia. She is preceded in death by her brothers Bill, Ed, and Louie, and sister Elizabeth.
Visitation for Mary will be held Thursday, August 11th from 10am until the time of the funeral mass at 11am at St. Genevieve- St. Maurice Catholic Church, 19015 Jamison, Livonia 48154.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial donations in memory of Mary may be made to Angels Place, 29229 Franklin Road, Southfield, MI 48034.
