Marcia Ann Hare (Ladouceur)

Marcia "Marcy" Ann Hare passed away peacefully at the age of 68 on November 3, 2021 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI. Marcy was born on September 17, 1953 in Dearborn, MI and grew up in Livonia, MI. She lived in Higgins Lake at the time of her death. Marcy was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Lucille Ladouceur and her sons Gary and Thomas. She is survived by Jim - her husband of 21 years - daughters Melissa (Josh) and Jamie (Jeremy), and her grandson Jeremy.

Marcy graduated from Bentley High School in Livonia and earned her bachelor’s degree at Alma College. Marcy was a teacher and office manager and ended her professional career at CSD Advisors. Marcy loved to travel, read, camp, and go fishing. She was a creative knitter and enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine and spending time with her family and her dog, Buddy. She was a social organizer leading her high school reunion for many years.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 11th from 3:00-7:00pm at Manns Funeral Home, 17000 Middlebelt Rd, Livonia, MI 48154. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home at 7:00pm.
