Linda Lee (nee. Gray) Silvenis, age 73, of Garden City, MI, died peacefully at Garden City Hospital late Sunday afternoon, February 5, 2023, after suffering a stroke.
Mrs. Silvenis loved taking care of her family, which included her two daughters, her precious dog Skippy, and husband Leonard, and spending time with them.
Linda enjoyed spending her time helping at schools and churches, including being a Sunday School Teacher at Faith Lutheran Church in Ypsilanti, MI and King of Kings Lutheran Church in Renton, WA. She was a teacher's aide at Springbrook Elementary School in Renton, WA. She volunteered at schools in Orlando, FL and Ft. Worth, TX and she gave a lot of her time to sew costumes for school performances and to bake cookies for many events.
