Kenji Takahashi

Kenji Takahashi, age 97, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 26, 2016, with his family by his side. ‘Kay’ as he was known by many who knew him, will long be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and infectious smile. A WWII Veteran and practicing Optometrist for over 40 years, this gentle soul will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He is survived by his wife Frances Takahashi of Westland and his two children, Joyce Kovall (Ann Arbor) and Steve Takahashi (Orlando, FL). Family will receive friends Saturday, February 6, 2016 from 10:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 12 noon at MANNS-FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 17000 Middlebelt, Livonia 48154.
