Kathleen E. Martines

Kathleen was 88 years of age at the time of her death. The family extends heartfelt thanks to The Medical Team at Lockwood of Fenton, Harold Dalton NP, and Gentiva Hospice for their compassion and tender loving care given to Kathleen. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dominic. Kathleen is the dearly loved mother of Nick (Carol) Martines, Kristine (Frank) Perri, and Anna Keyes. She is the cherished sister of Elnor Morris, Doris Cottone and the late Ruth Elzinga. Kathleen is also survived by grandchildren: Natalie (Jason) Pfeifer and Gregory Keyes; and great grandmother of Noah Pfeifer. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 1st from 2-3 PM, with Services at 3 PM. Cremation will take place; later, Kathleen's ashes will be buried with Dominic, in Livonia's Parkview Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Gentiva Hospice Foundation (www.gentivahospicefoundation.org) or the Michigan Humane Society (michiganhumane.org).
