Joseph Francis Starr

Age 83 May 11, 2017 passed away surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his loving wife Annis of 59 years. Loving father of Cathy Marsh, Jean (Dan) Fortushniak, Michael (Valerie) Starr, Peggy (Randy) Cronenwett and Mary Starr-Spencer. Grandfather of Kyle, Bradley, Jonathan, Kelly (Matt), Natalie, Heather, Brandon, Shannon, Randy Jr. (Lindsay), Gary, Alex and Andrew.  Great Grandfather of Lily, Lexi and Londyn.  He is also survived by his sister Margie (Jack) Healy of Washington State. Joe graduated from Indiana Tech in Engineering in 1959 while he served in the U.S. Army Reserves 1955-1961. Joe enjoyed golf, watching sports, barbequing in the backyard and the company of his family and friends. He will be sorely missed but remembered for his compassion and humor in all things big and small.
