Joseph P. Ferensic

JOSEPH  was 87 years of age at the time of his death. He is the beloved husband of Helen.
He retired from a career in management with Comerica Bank.

Joe is the dear father of Ellen (the late Harold) Dant, Debbie Ferensic, Sandi Vaughan, Joanne Bernard, and Joseph Jr.

He is the loving grandfather of Valerie, Wendy (Todd), Jennifer, Kelli (Kevin), Shannon (Scott), and Matthew; and proud great grandfather of Asher, Delaney, Courtney, Kaitlin.

Joe is the brother of Glennie Hobensack, John (Doris) Ferensic, and the late Marie.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 23rd from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.  A Parastas service will be held at 7 p.m.

Final visitation will take place during the In State period on Thursday morning at 10 a.m. until the time of Divine Liturgy at 11 a.m., at the Sacred Heart Byzantine Catholic Church. The church is located at 29125 Six Mile Road (just east of Middlebelt) in Livonia.

As a veteran of the U.S. Navy, Joseph will receive full Military Honors during the Committal Service at Parkview Cemetery, which immediately follows the Divine Liturgy.
