James Randolph
Wyscaver, Jr
January 15, 1980 – March 22, 2026
James Randolph Wyscaver Jr., better known as "Trooper", passed away on March 22, 2026 after a fierce battle with Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer.
James was born in Dearborn, Michigan on January 15, 1980 to James, Sr. and Tammy (Hanson) Wyscaver. He graduated from Romulus High School and started as an apprentice at age 16, with his father, in fine and rough carpentry, as well as electrical work and plumbing. They worked together until his father’s retirement in 2000.
James married Lisa Divetta on December 28, 2002; they were married for 23 years. James and Lisa were High school sweethearts and have been by each other’s side since 1997.
James recently worked at Trinity Health - Ann Arbor as a Building Engineer and always said it was a dream job. James was a true family man and was happiest at home with his family and taking care of his home. He was also a "Motorhead" and loved all things that rumbled and smelled like gasoline. He also shared, with his brother, a passion for WWE wrestling, and collecting sports, music, movie, or any memorabilia he thought was unique.
James is survived by his wife, Lisa Wyscaver; his sons, James "Trey" Wyscaver III, and Warren Wyscaver; his parents, James, Sr and Tammy Wyscaver; his siblings, David Wyscaver and April Goralski, as well as many nephews and a niece.
Visitation for James will be held on Friday March 27th from 11:00am - 2:00pm at Manns Family Funeral Home in Livonia.
A private burial will take place at Oakview Cemetery in Royal Oak.
