Helen Stulock, 93, passed away August 24, 2026, surrounded by her family, following a brief illness. She was born on January 7,1933 in Perryopolis, Pennsylvania to Helen and John Veloshin.
On November 12, 1955, she married her loving husband, Frank. They had two sons, Frank and David, who were born while they were residing in West Newton, Pennsylvania.
She worked for over 50 years in the medical field and then, following her retirement, in the Farmington, Michigan school system as a Teacher's Aide. When Helen wasn't working, she enjoyed spending time tending to her garden or creating beautiful artwork through needlepoint, ceramics and painting. She was also an exceptional cook and baker.
Helen is survived by her sons, Frank (Mary) and David (Diane); grandchildren, Julia (Bruce), Heather (Robert), Joseph (Katie), and shared a home with her youngest granddaughter, Kimberly. She was proud of her six great-grandchildren, Frankie, Jocelyn, Isla, Ellie, Natalie and Sawyer. She also leaves behind many loved nieces, nephews and friends.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frank, in 2011; four brothers, John, George, Charles and Michael; sister-in-law, Dorothy.
Visitation for Helen will be held Sunday, August 30th from 2:00pm until the time of the Parastas Service at 6:00pm at Manns Family Funeral Home, 17000 Middlebelt, Livonia 48154.
She will be In-State for final viewing at 10:00am with the Funeral Liturgy at 11:00am at Sacred Heart Byzantine Catholic Church, 29125 Six Mile, Livonia 48152. Burial to follow at Mt. Hope Memorial Gardens.
