Elisabeth Theresia "Apfel" Schroeter

Elisabeth T. Schroeter of Wuppertal, Germany began her new life journey with her husband, Wolfgang, and German family – Hilde, Anneliese, Bruno, Paul-Heinz, Mother, and Father – as well as dear and precious friends – Peggy and Heinz - on March 26, 2019. Elisabeth will be dearly and sorely missed by her daughters Yvonne (husband Jeff and son Alex) and Monica (husband Tom and the horse/cat family), and son Bernard (life-partner Kathy).   Elisabeth was a dedicated Homemaker and always prepared extravagant and delicious German and multinational meals – even though she did not care for cooking. She enjoyed the outdoors – nature/park walks, birdwatching – as well as car outings and shopping trips with daughter Yvonne. In her early years Elisabeth enjoyed cycling, bowling, playing the harmonica, and in later years she enjoyed family activities that included competitive Wii Bowling – still trying to master the 100-pin strike.   A family and friend visitation will be held at 3:30 pm, March 27, 2019 at Manns Family Funeral Home.
