Ann "Dorothy" Soderblom

Ann Soderblom (Dorothy), 83, of Livonia MI (formerly Harrison and Westland, MI), passed away on April 18th, 2017.   The memorial service will be held Friday, April 21, at 11:00 AM at Alpha Baptist Church, 28051 W. Chicago, Livonia, MI, preceded by a gathering at 10:00 AM.    Ann was born in Altoona, PA, on March 11th, 1934.  She graduated from Altoona HS and continued on to receive a BSNA from Wheaton College.  Ann was married to Dave Soderblom on March 5th, 1960; they were married 57 years.  Ann worked as a registered nurse for numerous hospitals, but retired from Garden City Osteopathic Hospital.  She enjoyed camping, playing games, crocheting, and traveling.  She was also actively involved in numerous bible studies and church activities.   Ann is survived by her spouse, Dave; her children Deb (Bryan) Wilson and Denise (Ed) Heid; her brother Charles Hauser, Jr; her grandchildren David (Jenni), Rachel, and Nathan Michalik, Judi, Rose, Dorothy/Ava Booker.   Memorial donations may be given to American Heart Association or Central Baptist Seminary.
